Sponsor Information for 2026 NVDCC Conference
Deadlines:
Deadline to be a major sponsor is April 30, 2026.
Logos in EPS and PNG formats must be received by July 1, 2026.
Benefits:
- All sponsors will receive an exhibit table with complimentary entry for two staff to represent your organization at your table for the conference entirety.
- Item for swag bags can be a tchotchke or a printed item (maximum size 8 ½ x 11”).
- Blog posting on NVDCC.org is limited to 1,500 words.
- Sponsor Highlight is a short feature within our e-newsletter that gives your company the opportunity to share a brief message, resource, or update with our audience.
Specifications:
- Copy limit: 60 words (hard cap 75)
- Link: 1 outbound URL (optionally UTM-tagged)
- Attribution: Company name + Sponsor Level
- Optional: 1 logo (SVG/PNG, 600 px wide max), alt text required
